We want every interaction with physicians, nurses and support staff to be respectful and meet or exceed your expectations. We want to know what worked well and what could be improved.
We use the survey results and comments to drive specific improvement activities and provide feedback to the frontline staff. We strive to be in the top quartile and often perform in the top decile.
