How Often Should You See Your Primary Care Provider?

We recommend that you schedule a check-up with your Primary Care provider once a year, even if you feel healthy. Regular check-ups can help detect health issues early, when they are easier to treat. If you have a chronic condition, such as diabetes or high blood pressure, you may need to see your Primary Care provider more frequently to manage your condition effectively.
