Through your Cottage Health MyChart account, you will have the tools you need to better manage your health care online at your convenience.
Login to MyChart
With a Cottage Health MyChart account, you can:
- Receive lab results online for most tests
- Monitor health trends
- View appointment summaries
- Message your doctor or provider for Cottage Health outpatient or clinic visits
- Access your child’s immunization records and growth charts
- View prescriptions for your medications
- Request medical records
- Pay your bill
- Manage and update your personal and insurance information
- Check in for your appointments
- Fill out forms and questionnaires online in advance of your appointment
- Access your health information using your Android™, Apple Watch®, Apple iPhone®, iPad® or other smart tablet or device.
Security is Our Top Priority
Your MyChart username and password ensure that your information is safe and confidential. If you forget your password, you are able to reset by clicking on the “Forgot Password?” link on the MyChart login screen. After answering security questions, you will be able to select a new password. You should never share your MyChart password.
View and Pay Bills Online
With MyChart you can view your bills and use your credit card to make payments online.
View and Manage Your Child’s or Another Adult’s Health Care
Through proxy access, Cottage Health MyChart allows you to view your child’s or another adult’s health information, including lab results, allergies, medications and immunizations. Manage Multiple MyChart Accounts Through MyChart Central
If you have another MyChart account with another health care provider, you may use MyChart Central to link your accounts and have a single login page for ease of use.
MyChart Central is a portal to all of your online MyChart accounts, allowing you to access without entering your username and password for each MyChart account. You’ll find your health care information in one secure, convenient place.
