Recognizing that birth is a natural process, we want to support you in labor, intervening only when necessary. We want your birth experience to be your own. We know it is a challenging experience, but also an empowering one. We encourage you to draw on the strength of your valued relationships and to have present for your delivery those who sustain you.
Because safety is our first priority, we follow evidence-based guidelines in obstetrical care. At times this requires medical intervention. But our promise to you is that we will limit interference to what is strictly necessary for your health and the health of your baby.
