Nursing Satisfaction
Cottage Health (CH) participates in the Press Ganey National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI) nursing satisfaction survey.
The survey is conducted every other year. RN’s working at least 50% of their time in direct patient care are invited to participate and provide nursing quality insights that are used to improve care quality and prevent adverse events.
Over 2,000 US hospitals and health systems participate; including 95% of Magnet recognized facilities. Additionally, results from the survey help to identify bright spots and areas of opportunity for positive change to create a healthy work environment.
