Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital (SYVCH) is pleased to offer free ongoing nutrition classes for individuals seeking to improve their dietary habits and overall health.
Led by Clinical Dietitian Amanda Edwards, RD, the classes cover various nutrition topics, offering practical tips and insights. Edwards, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in dietary management and counseling, aims to equip participants with valuable knowledge and empower individuals to make informed choices for a healthier lifestyle.
Classes are held on Fridays (except for holidays) from 10 to 11 am at the Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital Back Patio. Registration is not required to attend these informative sessions.
